本消息源自 Dell spins customized Ubuntu

Dell 發佈了針對自家筆記型電腦所重製的 Ubuntu 7.04 CD/DVD 映像檔，目前已提供下載。發行此版本的目的在於讓 Ubuntu 安裝於 Insprion 1420 與 530 更為簡易。此版本為了讓 Ubuntu 能夠支援這些硬體，所以包含了額外的驅動程式以及必要的修改，而它也可以使用在 Dell Inspiron E1505n 的機型上。
