Yes, I am working on this, but the progress is not fast.
Because we have a lot of projects to do.

Actually, I personal goal is to make xcin to be completely
encoding independent. I hope that its main program could
handle any kinds of encoding, but not just big5, gb, or
utf-8. The encoding dependent part will be separated out
to form a set of character set module. So adding an encoding
support is as easy as adding a new module and plug it in.
I am working on this basic design of the module structer.
I hope that when it is completed, the utf-8 support will
be very easy to implement.
