hi, some comments, 愛之深.... actually i haven't taken a look at the
contents of those files, 先隨便講講

I think you folks should use the official hanyu pinyin names for your
components: zhu: good. tsi: should be ci,
but maybe too late. [注，詞]

I am very glad for nntp:xcin.org.linux.tw , this is the only way I could
handle happily reading. I should be reading soon.

mainly: 詞庫注音填補計畫:

certianly this has already been done many times by others, just that it's
not free [e.g. 微軟], therefore must do it again. ok.

can have the computer automate the process by automatically pasting the
zhuyin, and then just working on removing
incorrect 波音詞.

before that step: first set 不=bu4; only at the very end do the
postprocessing step: 不=bu4 + 不=bu2

這可能讓你減低波音詞，而讓你們從填好的改為挑壞的，較容易。

但我可能只是亂講，因今懶得 connect 去看實際狀況。
