In my memory the locale installation of Mandrake 7.0 CLE should
be zh_TW.Big5. So please check this first:

	locale -a | grep zh

to make sure your system locale name. After that, please use
that name exactly. If it is "zh_TW.Big5", then in theory you
don't need any changes in the settings of xcin or X Window
system. They should be integrated very well already.
