tsiadd.c 已經改好了，現在可以接受 # 的 comment 了，放在:

	ftp://xcin.linux.org.tw/pub/xcin/libtabe/devel/tsiadd.c-20001203

有興趣的朋友可以抓回來試試。

(原來的 tsiadd.c 是放在 libtabe/src/util/ 目錄下)
