不知道在這邊貼文章mailinglist上面看的到看不到....
也許這個資源已經用上了也說不定：

這是國語推行委員會的網站，如果用ftp連進去www.edu.tw找一找，可以發現
大量的統計資料...                                                  

我覺得比較有用的包括：
    字頻總表          
    字頻聲韻出現比對表
    構詞率統計表      
    詞頻統計表  
    還有一些詞彙的列表(好像也有大陸地區的）

希望能派上用場
