question about making my own .cin file

Hi

I'm trying to convert the phone.cin file that was included
with xcin.2.5.2 to use with the Eten keyboard layout, 
I have edited the file already, buy when I try to convert
it into .tab file, I get the following error:

CIN2TAB version (xcin 2.5.2-pre2) LC_CTYPE=zh_TW.Big5
cin2tab: error: no module header name specified.

however, I did have %gen_inp as the first line of the .cin file.
because I basically just edited the original phone.cin file to reflect
the keyname changes.

any help would be greatly appreciated, sorry for typing in English,
because obviously I cannot type Chinese in any other keyboard layout
other than the Ethen one.

PS. if there is already a .cin file that uses the Eten keyboard layout
it would be even better. Or if anybody want to help me fix my .cin
file I would be happy to e-mail you my copy separarely.
