*) xcin 2.5.2pre series is going to be frozen

*) xcin is going to be submitted into CLE CVS
   after thhsieh mailing the latest tar ball to me

*) xcin enhanced libtabe will be sumbitted into CLE CVS, too.
   But the official one is still libtabe.sourceforge.net

*) tabe_util.c(in bimsphone2) will merge into xcin enhanced libtabe

*) libtabe will port onto HP-UX(?)

*) the nextstep of xcin should be utf8 compliant.
