Hmmmm... could you give me an XIM client program that
  works fine with XCIN?

> However, we really concern about the qt license issues.

Yes, it is the problem. So I negotiated with Troll Tech
and got special permission, as following mail, that *I*
can release i18ned Qt. So when you've solved the problem
with your XCIN, please send me the patch. Then I'll check
it, merge and release on my web page.

Yes, if it's original qt src + MY i18n patch.
It also is distributed under Qt Free Edition License.

> (in the form of rpm, deb or tgz)?

Yes, if it's compiled from original qt src + MY i18n patch.

  Yes.

Sorry for the delay. I'm sure you're not the type to hold up technical
progress while waiting on administrative progress.

Troll Tech AS hereby grants special permission for Takagi Junji, with email
address j-takagi@ccs.mt.nec.co.jp to produce and assemble versions of Qt that
are modifications to Qt strictly for the purpose of allowing programs written
with Qt on the X11 window system to provide input and output in the languages
which require multi-byte character encodings.
