I am the coordinator of xcin project (http://xcin.linux.org.tw). xcin
is a Chinese input method program under Linux and FreeBSD operating
system. Yesterday I heard from Blues Lan <blueslan@arphic.com.tw>
that you have constructed the Chanjie input method table in GB encoding.
We are very interested in this. Blues Lan is very kind to send me a
copy of your Chanjie table and tell me your email address. So I contact
you.

Since I heard that this table is free (freedom) to use, so I would like
to put it into xcin package such that the people using GB can also use
it. Could you allow me to do that? If yes, I would like to know that
what license would you want to impose in the table (I mean, GPL? BSD?
or others?)? Could we freely (freedom) redistribute it? freely reuse it?
freely modify it? (Of course, the credit of the table is always yours)

Since xcin is a free (freedom) software, so I would like to make sure
that if your table is free or not, such that I can decide to incorporate
it into xcin package.

Any reply is appreciated.
